What to Expect
We’ll gently guide you through each part of the day, creating a welcoming and relaxed space where you can slow down, switch off and simply enjoy the experience. From gentle movement and relaxation to contrast therapy, everything will be explained and supported by us, so you can take part at your own pace and do whatever feels right for you. All you need to do is arrive, settle in and let us take care of the rest.

A warm welcome into the space, have a cup of tea and settle in.

A gentle opportunity to pause, breathe and be guided through a calming, visual journey.

Step into Nomad’s purpose-built wellness suite and enjoy 45 minutes dedicated to recovery, relaxation and rejuvenation.
Move between the gentle warmth of the infrared sauna and the intense heat of a traditional Finnish sauna before embracing the invigorating benefits of cold-water exposure, including 9°C, 6°C and 3°C ice baths.
Take part in one, both or neither - whatever feels right for you. -
