All meals are included and prepared by a professional chef. Here's a teaser of the type of thing to expect…

Lemon and cardamom infused creamy daal served with roasted sweet potato and grilled vine tomatoes. Served with a choice of red quinoa or brown basmati rice with a sprinkle of coriander.

Maple and apricot tagine, a sweet and smokey medley of root vegetable with an aromatic blend of spices, in a rich tomato base served with chickpeas and wild rice.

Super green Thai curry, a super special fragrant base of toasted herbs, spices and chilli’s with lime leaf and lemongrass in a coconut broth and seasonal greens. Served with black chickpea and aromatic jasmine rice.

Raw caramel slice, a decadent dessert of three layers. Think millionaire's shortbread but with no nasties.
