Every detail is considered, from the flow of the day to the atmosphere in the room, so you can fully arrive, soften and be supported.

Our approach brings together yin yoga, neuro-linguistic tools, guided trance relaxation and health coaching principles to help you release tension, quieten mental noise and reconnect with a steadier sense of clarity.

"I recently attended a Restore Retreat at Harewood Estate in Leeds, and it was nothing short of a perfect day of relaxation and self-care in a stunning setting. The hosts are absolutely wonderful and immediately put you at ease, creating a safe, warm and nurturing space. Emily and Holly are so genuinely caring and invested in each and every person that attends, and this shone through during the entire event. The activities were designed and sequenced perfectly to lead to the ultimate rest and rejuvenation. I particularly enjoyed the breathwork, guided trance relaxation and walk around the grounds.


I must add that the lunch and snacks were delicious and nutritious, complimenting the purpose of the day (self-care).


Overall, it was excellent value for money, gorgeous location, fabulous hosts and fantastic activities.

What is Trance?

We include NLP in our retreats because it offers practical, empowering ways to create change. Whether it’s breaking old patterns, improving self-talk, building confidence, or gaining clarity on what you truly want - NLP helps you move forward with more intention and ease.
