Our Rest, Reflect & Reset – Half-Day Retreat blends restorative yoga, Hypnotherapy, and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward feeling calm, clear, and inspired.

The Experience
This retreat is designed to be warm, inclusive, and accessible — a space where you can simply be yourself. Whether you’re experienced in wellness practices or completely new to them, you’ll be guided with care and compassion throughout the day.
Together, we’ll move through grounding yoga, guided relaxation, and powerful mindset work to help you release what’s no longer needed and open up to new possibilities.
Expect:● Gentle yin yoga suitable for all levels
● Guided Hypnotherapy and NLP to support reflection and renewal
● A beautiful setting for a picnic - homemade snacks and tea are provided but please bring your own lunch.
